Vasundhara Saree Store inaugurated

Vijayawada: Famous designers explained the importance of various varieties of saree weaving at the inauguration of Vasundhara Saree Stores. ‘Vasudha Saree Stores’ was inaugurated by Sri Vasudevanandagiri Swami of Sri Vidya Peetham, Pedapulipaka and B Sujatha of Sujatha Associates here on Thursday. 

Addressing the gathering, Sakhi Group head and Vasudha Saree stores owner Chandra Sekhar said that a seminar will be organised from today to May 21 on the occasion of the store launch. People who are interested can visit the store to know more about weaving of sarees. 

A wide range of Kanchi, Banaras, Paidani, Uppada, Lenin, Gadwal, Ikath, Bhagalpur, Bandini, Jailu, Kalankari and Dhaka cotton and all varieties of woven sarees are available, he said.
