Ramana Deekshitulu retired as per SC orders

Guntur: Andhra Pradesh Brahmana Chaitanya Vedika State co-convener Siripurapu Sidhar said that the TTD took the decision to retire Ramana Deekshitulu as per the Supreme Court directions. He addressed a press meet held in Guntur city on Saturday. 

Speaking on the occasion, he alleged that the BJP used Ramana Deekshitulu in the Operation Garuda. He said that those who perform pujas to Lord Sri Venkesteswara Swamy, should not perform pujas outside. 

He said that the the head priest has been participating in the programmes in Chennai. He questioned as to what is the need for Ramana Deeshitulu to meet the political leaders in their rooms in Tirumala. He said the TTD will provide chance to the eligible in the place of Ramana deekshitulu.
