Raghavendra Institute of Arts and Science organises blood donation camp

Anantapur: The NSS unit of the Raghavendra Institute of Arts and Science (RIAS) organised a blood donation camp with slogan ‘Swachh and Swasth Bharat’ here on Thursday. RIAS Principal Dr Y Padmanabha Reddy, Academic Director Dr J Ravindra Reddy and Administration Officer Dr K Ramakrishna Reddy along with principal for Degree College Dr S A Saleem Basha inaugurated the camp.

Nearly 50 units of blood have been collected. Padmanabha Reddy expressed his gratitude to the NSS unit of the college for organising the blood donation camp. He also appreciated the young volunteers for coming forward to donate the blood. The programme has been coordinated by A R Yohesh, NSS Programme Officer of the college.
