Vice-Chancellor lays emphasis on students’ participation in Janmabhoomi

Anantapur: JNTU-Anantapur Vice-Chancellor Prof S Srinivasa Kumar on Thursday called upon students to take part in the Janmabhoomi programme and make it a grand success. He flagged off a rally on ‘Open Defecation-Free’ (ODF) as part of the Janmabhoomi programme.

University Rector Prof D Subba Rao, Registrar Prof S Krishnayya, R and D Director Prof SV Satyanarayana, Head of the MBA department Dr T Narayana Reddy, NSS Programme Officer Dr Jitendra Goud, Dr BC Lakshmanna, Dr C Basayya, Dr C Jayarami Reddy, K Rajesh Shyam and non-teaching staff took part in the programme. In all, 300 students took part in the rally taken out from the university to Sarada Nagar.
