Gold idol presented to Simhachalam temple

Visakhapatnam: A devotee of Lord Sri Varahalaxmi Nrusimha Swamy D Kiran Kumar, a resident of Kothapalem, presented a gold idol of Goddess Srimahalakshmi to Lord Simhadri Appanna temple of Simhachalam on Saturday. 

The idol was made with 722 gms of gold worth Rs 30 lakh. On behalf of the temple, executive officer of Simhachalam temple K Ramachandra Mohan received the idol. 
Later, the special rituals were performed to the idol.
