32 special trains to meet Sankranthi rush

Vijayawada: The Southern Central Railway has announced 32 special trains to Andhra Pradesh from various parts of the country due to Sankranthi festival. This would ease some rush ahead of the festival. 

A special Train will ply through Hyderabad-Kakinada route on January 13 and on Secunderabad-Nasirpur route on January 12. As many as 22 special trains will transport passengers between Hyderabad and Kochuveli. 

From January 20 to March 31, a special train will depart from Kochuveli on Mondays. South Central Railway officials made special arrangements to run six special Hum Safar trains between Kacheguda-Bhubaneswar from January 11 to 25 

The trains will be diverted to Kuchiguda - Bhubaneswar route on every Thursday between 12th and 26th of every month. The railways officials have decided to run a special train service on January 11 between Secunderabad and Nedumbassery.
