Chandrababu wants AP to be converted into Swarnandhra Pradesh by 2022

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday attended 'Janmabhoomi Maa Vooru' program on its last day in Anantapur district. 

Addressing at Dharmavaram, Chandrababu hoped that Anantapur will be developed within a short time and even shared that the people of the district are confident about the same. 

Lauding the district Janmabhoomi committee for making elaborate arrangements for the programme to be successful, the Chief Minister heaped praises on the programme calling it a role model for other states.

As many as 60 lakh people participated in the Gram Sabhas conducted during the 10-day long Janmabhoomi.

During the programme, nearly 1,71,447 new ration cards and 1,00,635 new pensions were issued while 12 lakh persons were given medical aid through 15,725 medical camps and 13.72 lakh animals were treated in 23,991 veterinary camps.

Chandrababu further said that he hoped to see Andhra Pradesh state to be converted into Swarnandhra Pradesh by 2022.
