CPM seeks action against corrupt sub-registrar

Pithapuram: Communist Party of India (Marxist) local unit on Friday demanded strong action, including criminal cases, against those resorting to corrupt practices in the famous shrine of Sripada Srivallabha Maha Samsthanam. 

In a memorandum submitted to the tahsildar, party leaders said thousands of devotees were visiting the maha samsthanam from Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. They wanted the sub-registrar who allegedly colluded with the corrupt to be dismissed.
