AP Govt event cancelled

Chittoor: The Chittoor District head-quarters city has been once again neglected by both the District administration as well as the elected representatives of the ruling TDP.  

The proposed Sankranti celebration slated at Chittoor NagaiahKalakshetram on Saturday (13th January)was abruptly cancelled disappointing the public, it is felt.

As Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been staying to celebrate Sankranti along with his family membersat Naravaripalli village, it is obvious to state that all the district heads and the TDP big wigs have been busy leading to the cancellation of the event in Chittoor.

Knowing pretty well that it would be very difficult to hold any meeting or functions elsewhere in the district during Chief Minister’s visit,   District Collector PSPradhyumna released a press note  that  Sankranti  celebration would be held at NagaiahKalakshetram.
