403 gamblers arrested

Vizianagaram: Police intensified raids and arrested many gamblers here on Thursday. Superintendent of Police P Palaraju stated that special teams were formed to curb the crime. Police raided gambling dens, cockfight arenas and arrested 403 gamblers and organisers of cockfights. They seized Rs 8.26 lakh and 20 cocks.
