Officials told to improve basic amenities in newly formed village

Nellore: In-Charge Collector A Md Imtiaz Ahmed directed the officials to complete the works to provide basic amenities to the newly formed village Ramavarappadu. 

Imtiaz Ahmed has visited Ramavarappadu in Jaladanki mandal on Friday and interacted with villagers and officials at the village. He instructed the officials to take measures to complete laying of Cement Concrete roads in the village. He enquired about funds allocated by the authorities for the Gram Panchayat for its development. 

In-charge Collector asked the Revenue and Sarva Siksha Abhiyan officials to construct compound wall to the primary school in the village. He directed RDO to provide house sites to the SCs and STs in Ramavarappadu.

“Measures would be taken to arrange ration shop in the village after discussing with the Commissioner concerned as there was no adequate population as per norms,” he said.  District Panchayat Officer Srihari, In-charge DSO Venkata Ramana, Kavali RDO Bhaktavatsala Reddy, Tahasildar Ram Prasad and others were present.
