Two more members of blade batch held

Vijayawada: The Patamata police arrested for two persons-K Yashwant and M Koteswara Rao-of Krishna Lanka on Friday. The five-member gang attacked and injured Boddu Suri of Vambay Colony and Peddi Raju of Ramalingeswara Nagar on January 8.

When Suri and Raju were travelling in an auto from New Bridge to Ramalingeswaranagar, the blade batch members started quarrelling with Suri and Raju on the pretext that their auto hit them and the accused seriously injured Suri and Raju with blades.

On January 13, Patamata police arrested the accused, M Srinivas Rao and PS Koteswara Rao, and sent them to remand and the other two accused K Yeshwant and M Koteswara Rao were arrested on January 18 and 19 respectively.
