Vijaya Bank holds Swachhata Pakhwada
Visakhapatnam: The regional office of Vijaya Bank on Sunday organised a ‘Swachhata’ programme at Dwarakanagar RTC Complex in the presence of Deputy General Manager of the Visakha Region IVL SSridhar and the staff. The bank is holding ’Swachhata Pakhwada’ programme from January 16 to 31.
Speaking at on the occasion, Sridhar stated that the bank has been in forefront in orgasing and following Swachhata programmes. He said all programme being taken up by the Central government were being followed by the organisation.
Sridhar emphasised the role of cleanliness in people’s well-being. It is necessary to keep the roads and streets clean, he stressed after handing over sanitation tools to some bank customers.
The DGM stated that the bank had earned 20 per cent more profit of Rs 185.46 crore by the end of third quarter in 2017. AGM P Mohan Raju, CGM Rammohan Rao and the staff of the regional and local bank offices were present.
