Commissioner of Police greets two cops on promotion

Vijayawada: Commissioner of Police D Gowtham Sawang on Wednesday congratulated Joint Commissioner of Police BV Ramana Kumar, who was promoted as Inspector General of Police (IG) and Kanti Rana, IPS, as Deputy Inspector General of P(DIG). 

The state government had promoted the two officers on Tuesday. Ramana Kumar and Rana met the Commissioner of Police at his chambers on Wednesday.
