Kapu reservation bill picks up pace

Vijayawada: The Kapu Reservation bill is likely to see light in the end of the tunnel as the Centre  directed various department and ministries to send their opinions over the matter. 

The Andhra Pradesh government has passed a bill providing 5 percent of reservation for Kapus. The governnent has decided to bring kapus in F Category. 

It is learnt that the Centre asked the concerned department and ministries of Law, Minitry, Higher Education, Tribal welfare to submit a report within 15 days.
