AP Higher Education Department signs MoU with US varsity

Visakhapatnam: The AP Higher Education Department signed an MoU with Youngstown State University, USA, here on Thursday. According to the MoU, the Youngstown State University would offer the discount on the fee whoever joins the university for various programmes.

According to the university fee structure, one student has to pay $14,000. However, with the MoU, the university is offering various programmes at $4,000 only. HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao during his visit to the US urged the Youngstown State University to provide discount on the fee for the AP students and the university accepted the minister’s request.
