Tourism kiosk opened at Tirupati railway station

Tirupati: AP Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) has opened the information counter at the first platform of Tirupati railway station which was inaugurated by its Chairman V Jayarami Reddy on Friday in the presence of Tirupati Station Director K Satyanarayana.

Speaking on the occasion, Jayarami Reddy said, that the counter will be of immense use to pilgrims who visit Tirupati. They can get entire information about all tourism destinations in the state from the counter and plan their programmes during their pilgrimage.

The display at counter itself creates interest to the waiting passengers to know more information. Tickets for all APTDC tours can be booked online and experienced staff will be posted at the counter, who can guide the pilgrims properly.

By knowing the available tours and packages, the visitors can plan their stay in a more fruitful manner without wasting the time. APTDC Divisional Manager Suresh Reddy and other staff were also present. Earlier, Station Director K Satyanarayana unfurled the tri colour at railway station premises. Station Manager M Subodh Mithra and other officials participated.
