'Big Shot' In AP Gets Ready To Join YSR Congress

Noted Industrialist Vemreddy Prabhakar Reddy, hailed from Nellore district,  is set to join YSR Congress.  He is likely to join the party in the presence of YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is doing Padayatra in the same district,  on January 29. 

Reddy has been strong supporter  of YSR Congress Party ever since YS Jagan. However,  disappointed over not giving him Rajya Sabha MP post,  the Industrialist turned politicial leader quit the party in 2016 and stay away from politics. 

Since then,  the ruling TDP was making efforts to lure Reddy but the latter disinclined to join Telugu Desam.  Political circles says that YSR Congress senior leader Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy has played key role in bringing back Prabhakar Reddy into party fold. He may get Rajya Sabha MP post in the elections to be held in April this year.
