Advocates stir for High Court in Rayalaseema

Tirupati: Members of the Tirupati Bar Association took out a rally from the Tirupati Court Complex to Prakasam Road via Town Club here on Tuesday, protesting against the state governments for showing negligence in setting up the Andhra Pradesh High Court in Rayalaseema region.

Later, addressing the lawyers, the Association’s general secretary K Thimma Reddy came down heavily on the ruling government for not taking initiative in fulfilling the promises made in the AP Reorganisation Act. Members of the Tirupati Bar Association A Rajashekar, Srinivas,
Chandrashekar Reddy and others were present.
