Emulate Gandhi’s ideals

Visakhapatnam: The death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was observed at GITAM University here on Tuesday. Vice-Chancellor Prof MS Prasada Rao, faculty and other officials paid floral tributes Gandhi by garlanding his statue at School of Gandhian Studies.

Addressing a meeting, Vice-Chancellor Prof MS Prasada Rao stated that Gandhi Satyagraha is stronger than nuclear weapon. He called upon students to emulate Mahatma Gandhi’s ideals. School In-Charge Director Dr Rositta Joseph presided over the meeting. A group of students from the government girls residential school for blind rendered songs on Gandhi.
