Advocates continue stir for High Court in Rayalaseema
Tirupati: Members of the Tirupati Bar Association and law students organised a rally here on Thursday, demanding the state government to set up the High Court for Andhra Pradesh in Rayalaseema region. Before commencement of the rally at the Tirupati Court Complex, advocates raised slogans against Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and slammed him for establishing the High Court in Amaravati despite protests.
The rally began at Tirupati Court Complex and passed through Prakasam Road, Gandhi Road, main railway station, Karnala street and concluded at the starting point of the rally. Association’s vice-president V Srinivasulu, general secretary K Thimma Reddy, advocates and students of Ambedkar Law College have participated in the rally.
