Guntur: CPM state secretary P Madhu demanded that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu make his stand clear in the backdrop of raw deal received by the people of the state in the budget tabled by the Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

Addressing media here on Friday, Madhu questioned whether the Telugu Desam Party will continue its alliance with the BJP or not. Questioning how the TDP will bring funds from the Centre, he said it is better for Naidu to come out of alliance now.

Stating that the Centre did not mention about steel factory at Kadapa, port at Dugarajapatnam, separate railway zone for Andhra Pradesh in the budget, the CPI leader said it is the responsibility of CM to explain to the people over the justice meted out to the state.

He said the left parties will meet in Vijayawada city on Saturday to chalk out their future plans to mount pressure on the Centre to get more funds.
