Visakhapatnam lad wins silver medal

Visakhapatnam: Vice-Chancellor of Andhra University G Nageswara Rao congratulated Marine Engineering Department student Vanapalli Ganesh who won silver medal in the long jump at SWAARC International Para Athletics Championship-2018 at Colombo, Sri Lanka recently.

The South West Asian Association of Reginal Countries organised the event. Ganesh arrived from Sri Lanka on Thursday and met Vice-Chancellor G Nageswara Rao and explained about the tour.  Head of the department of Marine Engineering IN Niranjan Kumar and Prof VVS Prasad also congratulated Ganesh.
