Bharat Darshan tour from Feb 12

Tirupati: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) came out with another tourism package under Bharat Darshan train tour. This special tour will include places of religious importance along with Goa covering 12 major temples in Karnataka and Goa.

The places which will be covered under the package are Hampi, Goa, Gokarnam, Murudeswar, Mookambika, Sringeri Sharada Peeth, Annapoorneswari, Dharmasthala, Udipi, Mysore, Belur and Halebidu. IRCTC Area Manager BV Ramesh told the media here on Friday that the tour starts at 00.05 hours on February 12 (11th midnight) and will arrive at Kacheguda in the morning.

After completion of 8 nights and 9 days tour, it returns to Vijayawada on the afternoon of February 20. The entraining and detraining halts are provided at Khammam, Warangal, Secunderabad, Mahabubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool, Dhone, Guntakal and Bellary and the train contains 12 sleeper coaches, three AC 3 tier coaches besides one pantry car. 

The package tariff was fixed at Rs 10,375 for sleeper class and Rs 12,265 for AC 3 tier which includes morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. For details one may visit website www.irctctourism.com. Tirupati Station Director K Satyanarayana and other IRCTC staff were present.
