Two held for cheating cement customers  

Vijayawada: Nandigama police on Monday arrested a truck driver and local civil contractor for diverting and selling cement stocks. The duo entered into contract with customers for transporting cement from cement companies.

But, they diverted the stocks and sell the cement loads to other people instead of transporting the cement stocks to the customers.  The duo cheated three customers in November 2017 and January 2018, said circle inspector P Ramana. He said the two accused were produced in the court.
