Use technology to curb crime, Minister tells cops

Guntur: Minister for Social Welfare Nakka Anandbabu, MLA Alapati Rajendra  Prasad  inaugurated Police Control Room and Blue Colts vehicle given to the cops at Tenali. 

Speaking on the occasion on Saturday, the  Minister said that they will set up CCTV cameras in the city to step up vigilance on the movement of the suspects  and strangers. He said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was giving top priority to the technology to render better services to the people. 

Guntur Range IG KVV Gopala Rao said the Police Control Room, Blue Colts vehicles will improve efficiency of  the police and instructed to render better services to  the people. He urged to use technology to curb the crime rate. 

MLA Alapati  Rajendra Prasad, Guntur Rural Superintendent of Police Ch Venkata  Appala Naidu were among those participated.
