700 delegates take part in Innovative ideas in Pharmacy
Visakhapatnam: Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Cherukupally Campus, Tagarapuvalsa organised a one-day national seminar on “Innovative Ideas in Pharmacy” on Tuesday.
More than 700 delegates including teachers, pharmacy professionals from industries and students of various pharmacy colleges in Visakhapatnam participated in the seminar. The main objective of the seminar is to discuss the challenges in the field of pharmacy for upcoming pharmacists along with their solution and opportunities available as carrier in pharmacy.
Principal Dr M B Venkatapathi Raju thanked all guests and students from all colleges. The chief guest of the programme Dr T V Narayana, Vice President, IPA Educational Division, New Delhi, emphasised on the role of pharmacist in ensuring patients safety.
