Ready to quit post for Special Category Status, says Kadapa MP 

Kadapa: The YSRCP district unit organised a dharna in front of the Zilla Parishad office here on Thursday, demanding the BJP-led NDA government to grant Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh.

Party leaders and workers in large number have participated in protest. Speaking the occasion, Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy said that he was ready to tender resignation to MP post for securing SCS to the state.  

YSRCP MLAs Amjad Basha, R Sivaprasad Reddy, Srikanth Reddy, P Ravindranath Reddy, Kadapa Mayor Suresh, former Minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, party district president A Amarnatha Reddy and others were present.
