Mohan Babu tweets to PM on special status 

Hyderabad: Apart from Tollywood director Koratala Siva, noted actor Mohan Babu on Thursday tweeted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi questioning the Center’s stand on special status to Andhra Pradesh.  He sought to know why the Centre has been extending step-motherly treatment to AP and questioned the rationale behind such treatment.

What was the folly the AP and what is happening in the corridors of power on the special status?, he sought to know.  He reminded the PM that even Telangana state is requesting the Centre  to award special status to AP and clarified that special status is not mere people’s sentiment alone.
