Pawan, Jagan battle it out in Guntur

With general elections just a year away, the political heat is rising in Guntur district. Leader of the Opposition and the YSRCP chief YS Jagan has already entered the district as part of his Praja Sankalpa Yatra and is drawing huge crowds. 

On the other hand, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has organized his party’s first ever plenary near Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Both Pawan and Jagan traded political punches with Jagan accusing of Pawan being backed by Chandrababu. Not to be outdone, Pawan asked Jagan if Modi was backing him. The ruling TDP has intensified the movement for the special status to Andhra Pradesh. 

The TDP MPs have taken to the agitational path in Parliament, while the MLAs have launched a broadside on the BJP. With all these going whole hot, the political mercury is soaring in Guntur.
