TTD observes Annamayya Vardanthi

Tirupati: As a tribute to saint poet Annamacharya on his 515th death anniversary, renowned spiritual scholar Kondaveeti Jyotirmayee rendered sankeertans here on Wednesday. The Annamayya Aradhanotsavams was observed by TTD at Annamacharya Kalamandiram.

On the other hand, in Mahati also Ramya Kiranmayi team from Vizag rendered sankeertans of the saint poet, who penned about 32,000 sankeertans eulogizing the Lord of Seven Hills.

The TTD established Annamacharya Project exclusively for promoting Annamayya sankeerthans through musical programmes, lecturers and research. Annamacharya Project Director Dhananjaya was also present.
