BJP to have new AP unit president

Update: 2018-03-22 23:42 IST

Now that the ties with the TDP are severed, the BJP wants to go ballistic on the ruling TDP in Andhra Pradesh.

As part of the aggressive plans, the party could have a new president for the state unit. Haribabu, the incumbent, is seen as docile and friendly to Chandrababu. Hence the party might replace him with a combative person probably suggested by the new party incharge Ram Madhav.

Party MLA Somu Virraju, known for his strident anti-TDP stance, is in the forefront. The party is also planning to bring out a book giving details about the acts of omission commission by Chandarababu Naidu. It is going to shoot 100 questions to Chandrababu Naidu.
