Mentally unsound woman raped in West Godavari

West Godavari: In a shocking incident a person, identified as Kummari Ramesh, has sexually abused a mentally handicapped minor girl. 

The incident occurred in Jaggavaram village of T Narsapuram mandal.On coming to know about the atrocity, the relatives and family members of the mentally unsound girl lodged a complaint with the police. 

The police have registered a case and are investigating. Kummari Ramesh is on the run. A search is on for him. Further details are awaited.
