YSRCP MPs to resign after end of this session

Update: 2018-03-27 03:12 IST

In a major and significant decision, the YSRCP MPs have decided to tender resignation from Parliament immediately after Lok Sabha is adjourned sine die.

The YSRCP MPs, who met YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Muppalla village in Guntur’s Sattenapalli constituency on Monday, said that they would submit their resignations in speaker’s format.

They said that they would continue to give notices on the no-confidence motion everyday. If the issue is not taken up for discussion or if the State Government does not announce special status to AP before the house is adjourned sine die, they would resign from their posts, said YSRCLP leader Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy.
