Vijayawada: A new lab for soil testing with advanced facilities will be established at Amaravati, informed Quality Control Chief Engineers Sridhar and Jalandhar.
Addressing a gathering at the state-level workshop organised at the irrigation camp office here on Thursday, Jalandhar said steps would be taken to ensure test reports without deviation of the quality control tests conducted by various officials. He said that all the field officers will be equipped with soil testing and water testing devices. This workshop will help all the field officers, he added.
