TD leaders recall NTR services

Tirupati: Telugu Desam Party foundation day was  celebrated on a grand note here on Thursday under TDP Chittoor district youth wing.  On the occasion TDP Tirupati MLA Suguna and MLC Gounivari Srinivasulu and District Youth wing President Sridar Varma have cut the 36 kgs cake and distributed to the party cadres.

MLA Suguna addressing the gathering, said that party founder NTR sacrificed his life to serve the poor people. For the protection of self-respect of  Telugu people, NT Rama Rao had started the Telugu Desam party and ruled the state.

MLC Gounivari Srinivasulu, addressing the followers,  remembered the services of NTR to the state and for the welfare of the poor people.  NT Rama Rao was a political sensational figure in 1982, he said.

They conducted Palabishekam to the NTR statue. In the programme Tirupati city TDP leaders Bhaskar Yadav, Neelam Balaji, Sura Sudhakar Reddy, Pushpalatha and others were present.
