Pat for state ball badminton team for winning tourney

Vijayawada: Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh vice-chairman and managing director N Bangarraju complimented the ball badminton
team for winning the tournament. Participating as the chief guest in the felicitation programme organised by SAAP Ball badminton
league and Inter-Club competitions here on Monday, he appreciated the ball badminton team on winning the first national youth all
badminton championship which was held at Motihari in Bihar from March 25 to 27. 

Despite the lack of facilities to the players, the team had performed well in the first championship, he said and announced Rs one lakh
to team as sports policy. Star of India award was bagged by YV Siva kumar Reddy from East Godavari and SK Patcha Miya from
Prakasam districts. Coach SVR Krishna was honored by Bangarraju with a memento and a shawl.
