Girl ends life in passenger train

A young woman committed suicide in a moving train. While the identity of the victim is yet to be ascertained, the incident took place in the Vijayawada-Nellore passenger train on Wednesday, as per reports.

According to the police, the Ticket Inspector found the girl alone in the compartment and insisted her to close the door. 

However, when the train reached Kavali, he found the girl hanging from the upper berth inside the coach.

Immediately he alerted the police who recovered a diary from the girl’s belongings but couldn’t confirm her identity as the first page had been torn.

The police are investigating the case are not ruling out the possibility of a murder and registered a case of mysterious death.
