Naidu still cheating people on SCS: BJP

Kurnool: BJP state vice-president K Kapileeshwaraiah spit fire on Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for making senseless allegations on the BJP government.
Addressing media at party office here on Saturday, he said that Naidu was still cheating the people on Special Category Status (SCS) for Andhra Pradesh.

Earlier, Naidu was more inclined towards packages rather than SCS and now he has taken a U-turn fearing his election fortunes, he alleged. He said that the people will teach a befitting lesion to Naidu at the ensuing elections. Kapileeshwariah said the BJP government had released more funds to state in the means of packages and this has been confirmed by Naidu himself on several occasions and he never questioned Modi’s integrity.

Stating that Rs 22 crore has been wasted on one-day Dharma Porata Deeksha, he demanded that Naidu must answer to people about the expenses incurred towards his Deeksha. When the state is reeling under revenue deficit, then how Naidu could spend this huge amount on Deeksha, he asked. Coming down heavily on Nandamuri Balakrishna, Kapileeshwaraiah said Balakrishna should learn to mend his behaviour first while speaking in “Balakrishna is habituated to using foul language and manhandling his fans and followers.

He doesn’t have the qualities to be a MLA. Hasn’t Balakrishna pleaded former chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy to save him from the murder case of a director?” he said.  Condemning Balakrishna statements on Prime minister Modi, he sought an apology from Balayya regarding his remarks.
