Four killed as lorry hits tractor

Kadiri (Anantapur):  A pall of gloom descended on the family members of bridegroom Ramanjaneyulu on Wednesday.  The groom's mother Lakshmamma (40) and three other children travelling in a tractor for making arrangements for the marriage were killed on the spot when a lorry coming in the opposite direction hit the tractor at Obulacheruvu village.   The deceased children were identified as Manjunath (12), Karthik (12) and Nageshwari (10).
