Rachana bags 929th rank in civils

Nellore: Rachana, daughter of former Union Minister and Congress leader Panabaka Lakshmi had secured 929th rank in the civil services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission in 2017. 

She completed B Tech from Osmania University and undergone training at Dr Lakshmaiah Study Circle in Hyderabad. Very recently, Rachana was selected as Deputy Collector during the APPSC Group-1 exams. Her father, P Krishnaiah, is president of the District Congress Committee and former IRTS officer. Speaking to the media, she said that she is grateful for the consistent support and encouragement from her parents and elder sister Dr Chetana for her success in the civils.
