Garuda Seva in Tirumala

Tirumala: The first Pournami Garuda Seva in this year was held with religious pomp and gaiety in Tirumala on Sunday. On the auspicious day of Vaisakha Pournami, Lord Malayappa Swamy took celestial ride on Garuda Vahanam in the four mada streets between 7 pm and 9 pm enthralling a large number of devotees gathered to witness the monthly religious event. The devotees chanting Govinda Govinda in ecstasy adding more to the religious ambiance.
