Sportsmen told to inculcate discipline

Vijayawada: MP and former BCCI vice-president Dr Gokaraju Gangaraju inaugurated Krishna District Cricket Association (KDCA) annual free summer coaching camp at Siddhartha Medical College grounds here on Tuesday.

Dr Gangaraju said that this type of coaching camps are very important for the cricketers and KDCA is providing free coaching for one month. He also emphasised the importance of discipline that players should inculcate.

Andhra Cricket Association secretary Arun Kumar was the honorary guest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, he said that role of parents is vital for the success of sports persons.

NTR University sports director Trimoorthy, ACA treasurer KS Ramachandra Rao, district cricket association secretary A Yella Rao and others were present.
