Chandrababu Naidu serious on Dachepalli minor rape incident

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu took a serious view of the rape of a minor girl in Dachepalli of Guntur. He directed the IG and the district SP to rush to the spot and ensure that strict action is taken against the rapist. He said there was no question of ignoring rapists. He also called upon the ministers in the district and the chairperson of the women’s commission to provide support and sympathy to the victim’s family.

Meanwhile, there is tension in Dachepalli, where a large number of people are stagind a protest demanding the arrest of the culprit. Due to the rasta roko, which began late on Wednesday night, thousands of vehicles remained stranded on both sides.

A tense situation prevailed near Dachepalli police station where women’s organizations were staging a dharna. It may be recalled that a 50-year old man called Subbaiah has raped a nine-year-old girl.
