Music concert in city today

 Vijayawada: City-based musical orchestra Vijai Orchestra is organising a three-hour long musical extravaganza – Amaravati Geetmala at MBVK Bhavan near Raghavaiah Park from 6.30 pm on Sunday.

Orchestra organiser P Vijay Kumar in a press release on Saturday said popular singers Sivaleela, Sudha Srinivas and Anil Kumar will lead the event with Pragna, Balaji Kumar, Vijay Kumar and guitarist Solomon offering their support to the musical event. Vijay said the colourful event will be anchored by Hyderabad-based Mohan Gandhi and CR Mohan, Managing Director, GoSports Management. 

This mega music programme will be organised by Andhra Pradesh Creativity and Culture Commission which is playing a key role in staging cultural events thus offering a platform to the local artists. He said music lovers can enjoy Telugu and Hindi melodious, rock, patriotic and traditional songs in a three- hour event.
