Sports officer inspects summer coaching camps

Visakhapatnam: Sports Officer (Monitoring Cell) of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) P Ajay Kumar inspected the state residential summer coaching camps and annual summer coaching camps, coaches regular coaching activities, along with Chief Coach, DSA, here on Friday.

Under the state residential summer coaching camps as many as 20 players (boys) in boxing and another 20 players (girls) are undergoing training here at the Port Stadium and Sanskruthi Global School. In archery, 20 players are being trained at Sanskruthi Global School.

The SAAP is organising the annual residential and non-residential summer coaching camps for the year 2018 in several disciplines across the state from April 24 to May 14 and April 24 to May 31.Chief coach and district sports development officer June Gallyot explained about the facilities to the players in the respective categories.
