Charan Group launches new venture in Srikakulam

Srikakulam:  Charan Group’s new venture Sai Brundavanam was launched at Pedapadu in the city offering 2BHK houses and villas at affordable prices for middle class. The 2BHK houses are priced at Rs  6.50 lakh, while the villas are priced at Rs 31 lakh each.  Very close to the venture there are educational institutions, Charan Group Chairman Srikanth said here on Sunday. 

The venture has VUDA layout number. He called upon the customers to make use of the facility and realise their dream. The real estate group is helping customers to get 90 per cent of the cost as loan.
