AP State to face scorching heat for three days

Vijayawada: Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam districts may record temperature up to 43 degree Celsius in the next three days as the summer is picking up in the state while North Coastal Andhra districts of Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram may record temperature between 38 to 40 degrees. 

According to AP Disaster Management, Krishna district may get up to 43 degrees Celsius on May 9. Maximum Temperatures are very likely to be in the range of 41°C - 42°C at a few places in Srikakulam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore and Chittoor districts on May 9.

Most of the North coastal districts of Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam will have maximum temperatures between 38°C - 40°C. Rayalaseema districts of Kadapa, Kurnool and Anantapur will have temperatures between 38 to 40 degrees Celsius on May 9.

On May 10, Guntur and Prakasam districts may get maximum temperature up to 43 degrees Celsius. North Coastal districts of Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Rayalaseema districts of Chittoor, Kadapa and Anantapur will have temperature between 38 to 40 degrees Celsius.

Temperature levels in the districts of Nellore, Krishna, West Godavari, East Godavari, Srikakulam and Kurnool will be between 41 and 42 degrees Celsius on May 10. Again North coastal districts of Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts have temperature between 38 to 40 degrees Celsius on May 10. 

Three Rayalaseema districts of Chittoor, Kadapa and Anantapur districts will have temperature between 38 to 40 degrees on May 10. The impact of summer varies from one district to other in the state in the next three days.

Some parts of Srikakulam district may get temperature up to 44 degrees Celsius on May 11. Temperature will be between 41 to 42 degrees in the districts of East Godavari, Krishna, Prakasam, Kurnool, Kadapa and Anantapur on May 11.

North coastal districts of Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam will have temperature between 38 to 40 degrees on May 11. West Godavari, Guntur, Nellore, Guntur and Chittoor districts will have 38 to 40 degrees Celsius. However, there will be no impact of sand storms that took place in Rajasthan in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
