Vijayawada: CPI State secretary K Ramakrishna alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government at the Centre was implementing pro-corporate policies.

He alleged that the communal forces were growing with the patronage of BJP and Sangh Parivar in the country. The CPI leader pointed out that people like Vijay Mallya and Neerav Modi looted the banks and cleverly escaped from the country.

Ramakrishna was addressing a Meet-the-Press programme organised by the APUWJ at the Press Club here on Monday. The CPI State Secretary said the Modi-led Central government had become anti-common man government.

He said only corporates are happy under the Modi rule and common people were facing many problems due to impact of demonetisation, GST and anti-workers and anti-people policies.

Ramakrishna alleged that Prime Minister Modi had failed to solve the farmers’ problems and strengthen the Indian economy. He predicted the prices of a litre of petrol or diesel would soon cross Rs 100 under the NDA rule.
