Impart ethics, values to students: JEO

Tirupati: The week-long summer training camp 'Subhapradham' programme aims at inculcating ethical and dharmic values among students, said Tirupati JEO P Bhaskar. A review meeting on Subhapradham was held at Sri Padmavathi Rest House here on Wednesday.

The JEO said the dharmic educational camp will be conducted this year in Tirupati from May 25 to June 1. “We have selected seven TTD educational institutions for conducting residential classes.

The application forms are available for those interested from May 10 to 19 in all TTD Kalyana Mandapams and also they can download from TTD website. They can handover these application form to the Dharma Pracharam Mandalis located in various districts.

Adding further, he said though TTD is organising dharmic exams and ethical summer camps it is reaching only a limited number of students. “There are over 50 lakh students from 6th to 8th standard in both Telugu speaking states. 

To reach wide range of the students, our EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal has conducted a meeting with Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP) wing of TTD and mulled to train intellectual resource persons from each district.

So that they can conduct the classes on dharmic values to make our students the best citizens of tomorrow,” he added. HDPP Secretary Rama Krishna Reddy, Project Special Officer Ramana Prasad, Coordinator Damodar Naidu and others were also present.
